Co-Locating Policy
As part of the ongoing facility service review program, City of Ottawa staff in facility operations have been tasked with identifying strategies to address the aging infrastructure in the City facility portfolio. We are currently looking at developing a policy which would require all new facilities to house more than one City service or have an affordable housing component. As we move towards this strategy, we are looking for feedback from those who have a policy like this in place.
