Norfolk County is looking to modernize/renovate our Council Chambers in 2026 to improve accessibility/functionality. Wondering if anyone has completed similar works and have a recommendation for a consultant? We are looking for consultants with direct experience completing this type of design.

Peel has been encountering more requests for smudging ceremonies. We have some facility specific smudging guidelines for one of our primary office buildings. We are considering whether policy may be needed. I was wondering if any OFMA members have established smudging policies and if so, could share?
